By streamlining operations, fostering sustainable growth, and nurturing meaningful relationships, we empower associations to stay true to their mission and allow volunteers to focus on what matters most—sharing their expertise, contributing to the progress of science and academic research, and engaging with the broader public. Our goal is to create a thriving environment where volunteers can enjoy their service, make a lasting impact, and help these societies fulfill their mission of advancing knowledge for the benefit of society at large.
Meet the CEO
Kathryn brings over 13 years of experience in non-profit administration and project management to her leadership of the Bocere Group, a woman-owned firm specializing in association management for scientific and scholarly organizations. As the CEO and Principal, she leads all aspects of client service, drawing on more than three years of experience as an Account Executive with Infinity Conference Group, where she managed the full scope of non-profit association and secretariat services under client contracts. Kathryn previously served as Deputy Director of the African Studies Association, and has deep expertise in board governance, membership engagement, conference organization, and publications management. She has worked closely with international organizations and academic communities around the world. Kathryn’s strategic mindset and detail-oriented approach ensure that the associations served by Bocere Group receive responsive, effective, and mission-driven support.
